Shipping policy

All items offered on Cliparter are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:

  • Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced.¬†Our production timeline¬†may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
  • Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
  • International Shipping Charge: Please aware that when you receive your order,¬† you might be charge for additional fee by your local carrier (which cannot control from seller side) depend on your own country regulations.¬†

For International Shipping: It will take around 2-3 weeks (business days) depend on products and country. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team to get more details relate to your concerns.  

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry. 
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us for handling this for you. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders (heavy shipping product) may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may have some unexpected delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  6. Note: Because the product is made to order, it will be sent out immediately as soon as it finishes. Therefore, please be aware that your order might be separately shipped. We will handle the extra shipping cost to deliver every finished item to you in the shortest possible time.
